I highly recommend this establishment. While traveling from Memphis to Baton Rouge to visit my son, I encountered car trouble and they accommodated me in their busy schedule. We managed to order the necessary part with just nine minutes to spare before closing. Although I was stranded for three hours, the staff made me feel exceptionally welcome. Notably, the owner even offered to wait with me until my son arrived to pick me up, despite it being after closing time on a Friday afternoon. Although the car trouble was an unexpected inconvenience, Delta Auto ensured that my experience was as comfortable as possible.

Today, I was working out of town in Canton, MS, when my truck's axle started leaking. Being 250 miles from home left me in an interesting predicament. I hopped on Google and found Delta Auto nearby, read some reviews, and decided to give them a call. The owner, Chris, and his son, Devin, were able to work on my truck the same day. They helped educate me on the extent of the damage and quickly obtained replacement parts to start repairs. A few hours later, I was back on the road and safely home with my family. Typically, I don't leave reviews, but in this situation, I couldn't resist. I'm sure most folks reading this are like me and loathe the thought of unexpected auto repairs, especially when traveling out of town. However, in this situation, I don't feel that way. I left feeling grateful for their hard work, kindness, and thorough education on my repair. I took a stack of business cards and plan on handing them out to my fellow out-of-town construction workers currently working in Canton! Thanks again to Chris, Devin, Pat, and the Delta team. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!

This shop has the most professional, reliable and courteous staff that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their work ethic and knowledge of automobiles is exemplary. Managers, Walter and Chris are very involved with keeping their customers satisfied and the Customer service representatives, Pat and Eric always keep the customers informed on the progress and completion of the job being done. The customer service and towing organizer, Brooks has a multitude of hats she wears and is able to help with any kind of concern that can't be handled by the rest of the staff. My wife is on a long trip alone and our truck broke down last night in Canton. Due to the many local recommendations she received, she limped our truck to Delta. She is traveling due to a family emergency. She said Delta worked her in and treated her extremely well. She felt safe and welcomed in the waiting room. Several employees offered to help her as much as they could. Delta fixed the vehicle and my wife says it is running better than before the break down. Thanks Delta for taking care of my wife and the truck. It took her 15 minutes to say all the good thoughts she had about her experience there today!!!! From the wife: I can't say enough to express how wonderful Delta treated me at such a horrible time to have a breakdown in the middle of the trip. They worked me in their super busy schedule, though they never told me about it. I only discovered it through observation of the traffic and speaking with other customers who came through. (They all loved Delta as well! In fact, almost all of them said they (Delta) will treat your right and guarantee their work.) As true with great businesses: They treated each other well with the utmost respect. They laughed, they joked, and they worked hard together. After speaking to the ladies there, I discovered how they also help and look after each other in times of need. And they pass it down to the customers as abundantly and as best as they can. I experienced it myself and witnessed it to other customers. At such a difficult time for me, they were such a blessing. My truck is still running well. They diligently worked to track down the problem, track down parts, tested to make sure it was right, looked into whatever still needed to be addressed, corrected and retested to be absolutely certain my truck drove well before handing back the keys. The cost was also very fair. Thanks again to all who helped me that day! (The inspirational calendar was sitting at the window. It was yet another blessing that really helped me get through such a hard day.)

I barely limped my 06 Mercedes C230 into Delta Auto recently, the engine had been running rough but now it had reached critical mass - no power, bucking, engine warning lights everywhere...and by the end of the day, I had a diagnosis and an estimate that I thought was really good for the repairs needed. Delta did a great job of keeping me informed and when it was ready, they stayed open late so I could arrange for a ride to come pick it up! And the job they did is remarkable - now I'm stuck with a car that I swore I would sell - but it runs so good now that there's NO WAY I'm selling it. Great place - great employees - fantastic mechanics and great price I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

We were traveling from out of town in a 2003 Ford F-350 for work. The air compressor locked up and the made the vehicle not start. Chris was the first person we called and he was there with a tow truck to pick the vehicle up. We were hesitant at first, being from out of town. But Chris said, don't worry I'll take care of you. He called the next day with a diagnosis and had it fixed and ready to go the next day. We were able to leave to head back home as scheduled and the total bill was way under what we expected. So to tell everyone how awesome Delta Automotive are. While being in town for a funeral as we were leaving out my van's belt broke. I called to get a tow to another shop but realized that not only are they a towing company they are a automotive shop. So I asked if by chance they could fix it too. Hannah said yes and they would send Chris to tow it in. She also asked if we needed a ride to the shop. Yes we did need a ride. So she had Kim come get us. Kim went way beyond for my mom and I. The Tow, parts, and labor was not bad at all compared to having to take apart so much to get it fixed. Will drive to Canton any day for that kinda of service. Chris, Kim, and Hannah my Mom and I thank y'all for making what seemed a bad day turn out a lil better.

Hat's off to Chris & his workers for going above & beyond to help "keep me moving"! After running over a railroad spike in the road, I called Delta Towing (yes, they even have a towing service) & told them my situation. They picked up my vehicle & brought me to their repair shop promptly. After realizing I not only needed a tire but the lugs were stripped as well, Chris & his mechanics drove all over town to find the parts needed & stayed after hours to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. We were on a road trip from Wisconsin making our way out west! Canton became a stop on our trip that wasn't planned when our van decided not to start! Delta Auto became our hero for the day! They had an amazing lounge area where we spent most of the day. We were so thankful for the team that kept reassuring us throughout the day. They even offered to get us lunch while we waited. Great little shop in the Canton, Mississippi. I have waiting a little bit to write this review because I needed sometime to do so because I have so much to say. My wife got stranded on the side of the road traveling back to Memphis. This family team setup a tv for my 2 year old, put up a kennel for my dog, and stayed late to get my wife and child on the road the very same day!!! What a great place!
